One of the most acclaimed artists of his time, Jim Dine works in several media, including painting, printmaking, and photography. This exhibition focuses on Dine’s remarkable drawings. Featuring more than 70 works on paper, Jim Dine, some drawings illustrates the range and mastery of Dine’s draftmanship with physically and emotionally powerful portrait, plant, and figure studies in a variety of media. Also on display are several of Dine's drawings of classical antiquities from Munich's Glyptothek museum.

This exhibition is organized by the Allen Memorial Art Museum, Oberlin College, Oberlin, Ohio and sponsored by the Friends of Art Fund.
