Jeff Kowalkowski

Born in Chicago in 1967, Jeff teaches composition at DePaul University and works on recording projects in local Chicago neighborhoods through The Milkwood Foundation, which he helped found. Since 1995 Kowalkowski has worked on an opera with the Amsterdam-based composer Marko Ciciliani.
