These writings come
from Lazlo Moholy-Nagy's book Vision in Motion, and are related to the
influence Moholoy-Nagy (a Hungarian artist) has had on Guillermo Gregorio's
work. Moholy-Nagy headed the Visual Fundamentals program at the German
Bauhaus before it was closed by the Nazis in 1933. In 1937 he moved to
the United States and eventually obtained stable funding to start the
Chicago Institute of Design. 1
