Celebrate Valentine's Day early by surprising your date with one of Block Cinema's dynamic screenings: Blurring the Lines on Thursday, 2/12 or Haider on Friday, 2/13. Both films begin at 7pm with tickets on sale one hour prior to showtime. Free for Northwestern students.

Take your date to France without leaving Evanston

Nothing beats a Valentine's Day inspired by the City of Love. Start with Toulouse-Lautrec Prints: Art at the Edges of Modernity at the Block, then travel the newly opened Patisserie Coralie in Downtown Evanston for some of the best French pastries in town.

Escape to paradise

In the cold of winter, our main exhibition Collecting Paradise: Buddhist Art of Kashmir and Its Legacies offers a glimpse of paradise. With luscious colors, jewel-like objects, and a rich story, it's a guaranteed way to give your loved ones something different this Valentine's Day.
