Pop artist Roy Lichtenstein is famous for his comic book images and Benday dot patterns. Lichtenstein's printmaking parallels a half-century of growth and innovation in the production of fine art prints. This exhibition of more than 75 lithographs, screenprints, etchings, woodblocks, and mixed-media prints offers a spirited survey of his work. A full color catalogue with essays is available at Block in Print, the Museum's gift shop.

Support for the exhibition has been made possible by a grant from the Jordan Schnitzer Family Foundation and the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.
