Education
The Block Museum's exhibitions and collections serve as the launching pad for creative thinking and activity, inspiring curious minds of all ages to reflect on and engage with art and artists. The Education department is committed to offering Northwestern University, Evanston, the North Shore, and the larger Chicagoland community with dynamic educational programs to provide valuable and unique learning experiences both inside and outside the Museum.
As part of Northwestern University’s rich and diverse academic community, the Block offers a wide range of scholarly and invigorating programs including symposia, lectures, and workshops for students and adults.
From interactive, curriculum-based learning experiences to exhibition and collection-inspired art projects, the Block Museum also serves the needs of Chicago-area students, teachers, and families with tours, workshops, and online resources.
