Family and Youth Programs

The Block Museum offers programs to foster creative collaboration within families and nurture individual imagination in art making. Families can enjoy workshops, summer cinema, and other special family events. During the summer, the museum also offers special programs for summer youth and camp groups.

Family Programs

Family Workshop: Drawing Sculptures SOLD OUT!
Sunday, October 11, 1–3 pm
Get inspired by the work of artist Henry Moore and a real elephant skull from Chicago’s Field Museum as you create your own drawings and sculpture. This program is designed for children ages 8 and up and their families. This program is sold out. There are no more spaces available.

Summer Outdoor Movies

Block Cinema presents free films along Evanston's beautiful lakefront. Check back next summer for the film schedule.
